Tomato-Basil Pizza Bites

TOMATO-BASIL PIZZA BITES
Easy. Tasty. Ideal for social gatherings on the patio, and excellent when paired with a cold beverage. Enjoy!
Prep time: 15 minutes, plus time to defrost frozen dough
Bake time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 ounce grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- Tiseo® bread (find this in frozen bread aisle at most grocery stores)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Roll out defrosted dough. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- In mixing bowl, mix parmesan cheese, basil, mayonnaise, garlic, 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Spread chopped (or sliced if you prefer) tomato over dough.
- Dump spoonfuls of cheese mixture on top of tomatoes.
- Bake 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Slice into bites, and enjoy!
