Once per day.. beginning TODAY on Friday, let’s move. Lace up and head outside.
Whether walking to the mailbox and back, to the end of your driveway + back, around the block, or whether you walk or run one mile or three each day, let’s push ourselves a bit. Starting a habit of increased movement is great for physical AND mental wellbeing.
So make this the week you MOVE MORE.
