Grilled Tilapia
Ingredients
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
4 tilapia filets
Before putting on the grill, wrap marinated filets in individual foil packets. Then, eight minutes later, it’s finished. Tip: use this recipe for fish tacos, too!
Rinse tilapia filets and pat dry with a paper towel.
Mix remaining ingredients. Place in gallon-sized Ziploc bag; add filets to bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour (I prefer 2-3 hours).
Tear four separate squares of aluminum foil.
Remove tilapia from marinade, wrapping each tilapia filet individually in aluminum foil.
